Pop-Up Exhibition: Software Frictions - Architectural Explorations of Digitality

Termin |

This pop-up exhibition emerges from a collaboration of the TUM Chair of Architectural Informatics and the Institute for History and Theory of Architecture at the Leibniz University Hannover. Together with our students, we explored historical projects of computation, discussed cultural and political dimensions of urban digitization and worked with speculative prototypes. These resulting projects will become our lens to discuss architectural perspectives on Interfaces, Algorithms, Infrastructures and Datascapes. We’re looking forward to Inputs by Dr. Sc. ETH Damjan Kokalevski (Architekturmuseum der TUM), Jonah Marrs (Designer and Digital Artist), and Dr. Rixt Hoekstra (Saxion University of Applied Sciences Deventer, Netherlands). Come by and join us for some Sci-Fi drinks and some fantastic prototype previews!
