At the Chair of Architectural Informatics, no predefined topics are offered. Based on the supervisors research areas we define suitable topics in exchange with you. Before beginning the theisis, students are required to write an exposé, which is expected to be approx. 10 pages and elaborates on the chosen topic and methodology. Architecture students have to contact us at least one semester before the start of their thesis and participate in the course “Methodische Entwicklung von Forschungsfragen." Informatics and ITBE students contact us at least two months before they begin their thesis projects.
Example theses can be found here: https://www.arc.ed.tum.de/ai/lehre/gallery/masterthesen/
