Energypunk
Interactive Visualization
Energy shapes the way we live, move, and build our world. What if we reimagined its sources, flows, and interactions beyond the familiar systems we rely on today? This lecture explores bold, unconventional ideas—energy as something dynamic, participatory, even rebellious. How might energy be woven into everyday life in ways that challenge traditional structures? Can it become more organic, more human-centered, or even unpredictable? The course will teach students how to translate these ideas and visions into immersive experiences using VR and other MR technologies. In collaboration with the XR Hub Bavaria, students will work in groups exploring both futuristic concepts of how we can use and create energy, but also explore new and exciting ways to visualise and communicate these ideas.
