Interactive Visualization - Visualize the Invisible
How can we make hidden potentials in the built environment perceivable?
The goal of this interdisciplinary project is for students from architecture and games engineering to familiarize themselves with the topics of design and visualization in the context of mixed reality. The focus of this semester is the development of tools and methods of representing the evolution of space, from the inside or outside. Students will work in mixed teams to create concepts and develop prototypes with a focus on how rooms, buildings or hole districts have evolved not only visually but also how their usage has changed. The task of architects, level designers and game artists is to design within given boundaries. An architectural language, a utilization concept or a routing must be found for both virtual and real spaces.
