Anna Brackhagen, Augusté Gasperaityté, Laura Schumann and Lisa Wunder receive the 'BIfadA Förderpreis 2024'. Their work from the winter semester of 2023/24 on 'The patient's room as a place of recovery in the hospital' impressed the jury with its very good elaboration and innovative ideas.

In the summer semester of 2023, Sânziana Maximeasa's special commitment to documenting and evaluating almost 500 statements written on Post Its by visitors to the exhibition 'Das Kranke(n)haus' was rewarded with a prize in kind (participation in the Alzheimer's Disease International Congress 2024).

The Bavarian Institute for Age- and Dementia-Sensitive Architecture (BIfadA) awards the BIfadA Award to make students of the seminar 'Hospital Construction and Healthcare Buildings' at the TUM aware of good and innovative approaches, also about age- and dementia-sensitive architecture, and to strengthen their curiosity for the topic.

Lecturer and Head of BIfadA: Dr. Ing. Birgit Dietz
